Products

We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately. Since our products are made using genuine leather, natural variations in colour, texture, and grain may occur.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Delivery

We offer free delivery across Pakistan. Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Wrong, damaged, or incorrectly coloured items are eligible for exchange, with exchange shipping covered by Arven Leather.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Eligible customers may request an exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
